PUBLIC NOTICE
The Tift County appraisal staff will be reviewing property
in the following locations during the week
Real property -Review of Permit's, Returns, and
Conservation Use application's County and City Wide
Mobile home-Working mobile home Citations',
Permits City and County Wide
The purpose of the property review is verification of property
records, and Mobile Home decal enforcement.

Responsible for assessment of real estate, personal property accounts, and mobile homes. Processes changes of ownership and measures new homes in addition to commercial and industrial constructions. Maintains fair market value and uniformity as required by state law, in order to help keep Tift County’s property tax rate as low as possible.
