Applications must be returned by the 3rd Thursday of the preceding month. The ZBA shall have responsibility for a final decision on the following types of applications:
- Extension of a non-conforming residential use
- Variances
- Appeal of administrative decisions
- Rural Farm Homesteads
- Security Worker Housing
