TO REGISTER FOR PROGRAMS

1.     Come to the Recreation Department between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.  (We have specific dates for specific sports.)

2.     Bring a certified birth certificate or copy of a certified birth certificate for us to copy for our files. 

    Info REQUIRED for ANY YOUTH ACTIVITY, including Special Programs.

3.     Bring activity fee, if applicable.

4.     Complete our activity registration form.

5.   Mail in registration and credit/debit card service are now available.
